Soupy

We finally passed out. So, I only just finished off the pumpkin soup. It came out really good. I am thinking that it would be a good base for a lot of other things.

You could thicken it up to make a sort of vegetarian gravy, or maybe beat eggs, cheese and veg in - pour that in a crust and make a tasty quiche.

Anyhow, it looks kind of like baby food, but really hits the spot on this gorgeous fall day...
