The Greensboro Urban Ministry recently had a bad jolt. They learned that they were getting a big chunk of their funding cut. Happily, a local church stepped up and made up the difference. While we are not religious, Curt and I volunteer at G.U.Ministry once a week. We searched around and while there are many worthy, local organisations, we felt that this one was helping people with the most dire need.
